	Pressure wash to clean and remove mildew spores
	Remove all loose paint by hand scrapping and sanding
	Prime bare wood with an enamel undercoat
	Patch cracks in stucco with an elastomeric patching compound
	Caulk all doors, windows and open cracks
	Apply a chalk sealer, primer an all stucco
	Finish coat of highest quality paints
